Bamboo Satue 2

Bamboo Statue 2 is an authentic, full-scale stone monumental sculpture serving as the companion figure or protective counterpart to the previous icon, showcasing the distinctive features of a Dwarapala or Bedogol archetype in traditional Indonesian heritage. Meticulously carved, the statue presents a fierce and majestic facial expression, adorned with a tiered crown and highly intricate bodily regalia. In contrast to its partner, this open-air guardian figure is depicted holding an ornate battle axe (kapak) in its right hand and a circular shield in its left hand before its chest, emanating a powerful aura of protection and readiness as a sacred gatekeeper that has stood resiliently across time.
